I have had no problems so far with this practice. The dentist I saw was very gentle and polite and explained everything. Much better than some other National health dentists I have been to.
When I attended this dentist last, I complained of a chipped tooth. I assumed he would offer a cap, as I had been offered by other dentist's for chipped teeth before. Instead, he insisted on chopping it down further, until it was "even." I now feel extreme pain if I encounter anything too hot or too cold (which includes the AIR in winter) and I have been too scared to visit any dentist's since. Avoid at all costs!
This doesn't appear to be a well run business at all. I've been waiting 5 months to get an initial appointment and they have just written to me again to push it back another month. In the mean time they won't give me any care at all until I have had this first consultation. I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere as it just not working for me.
