Great little pod, a little on the small side if youre not used to it, everything you need kitchen wise and great owners, attentive and their dog is a cutie pie. Great location not far from anything really. Would stay again. Great little beach near by as well like 5 minute drive

Brilliant, high quality and relaxing sleeping pods. They're ideal for a short break whilst we've only stayed in a unit for 2 people there are other larger ones for families and even some units with hot tubs as well. Located near to the excellent Safari zoo and other attractions it's a brilliant escape.
my wife and i travelled from the west midlands to parknotts s pods in askam in furness hoping for a nice quiet break away from inner city noise and traffic . what we did not expect is that our pod was located about 5 metres from a train line first train at 5.45 in the morning and continued throughout the day , we actually lost count at 27 trains going past our pod with diesel fumes coming into the pod. The main busy road was on the opposite side of us with constant noise of traffic all hours of the day . to the right of us was a brick manufacturing plant but with no noise only a 100 foot chimney stack so looking and feeling very industrial already.The pod itself was OK but very limited in space and had very limited amenities no hand wash in bathroom or kitchen area no internal bins only one saucepan two teaspoons very cheap and nasty mismatched knives and forks witch hurt my wife's hands to hold.The bed was OK but the pillows were like wafers and gave us neck problems (cheap pillows). WiFi was a complete waste of time and had to use 4G all throughout our stay , TV only had very limited TV channels .Pod had its own decking area with two patio chairs and no table so you could not even eat outside . there is one heavy diesel train that came past a couple of times during our stay that rocked the foundations it felt like a small earthquake. given the location and all of the above problems i feel the 80.00 a night price tag is a bit of a rip off as we have rented bigger and better places around the lake district for not much more a night and would not recommend this place to stay if your trying to get away from it all . Note to owners you need to up your game giving a better customer experience . 4 night stay 10918 to 14918 will not be going back.
First time tried in a pod. It has everything and good space saving design. Dogs are allowed with 10 additional fees. Car can park just outside the pod. Great view and very quiet and secur. Bed is comfotable. CRAZY amount of yoghourts, butter, jams and white breads and milk in the fridge and different cereals for breakfast. 100% worth the money.
